Alex Trepka is a corn-fed, milk-scrubbed, southern Illinois native who continues to find joy being an actor and regional EMMY-Award-winning writer. An improviser at heart, he has spent many years performing, coaching and teaching at Chicago’s legendary iO Theater. Alex is also a part of the NBC-Universal universe thanks to his role on Chicago PD.

When he’s not on stage or on set, he enjoys the works of Buster Keaton, fish burritos, books on Stoicism, pro-wrestling, and videos of thieves getting caught.
